What is the best wheatgrass books?

The book has beenrecently revised and the information is VERY up to date on alot of wheatgrass topics. Ann Wigmore's book is good ...but the information is about 40 years old!


Wheatgrass for brekfast.....WHY NOT....it is a 100% non toxic (removes toxins from the body) complete FOOD!! Many people drink it twice a day.

As a daily drill you will be energized...with more stamina and better focus. And you will start to get out of bed in the morning sooner(your body will require less sleep) and fully refreshed....Some people skip the morning coffee!

Breakfast - that is the ideal time.
Roll out of bed, take your bottle - or freshly juiced shot cup and gulp it down!
Empty stomach is best for digestion, probalby all in your 'system' within 20 minutes.
Remember an old adage.........."Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dine like a pauper".
Or.........who in their right mind would plan to fill their car's fuel tank up at the end of a journey? Fill up before you need the energy!

How do you all store your wheatgrass to last?

Whenever you make some FRESH wheatgrass juice....Drink it with in 10 minutes...or so. It is then a live food. As it sits mother nature takes away the live active enzimes that you are juiceing....(the reason you are juicing).

Some peole make ice cubes.....or buy freeze dried powder man processed powders.....REDICULOUS.

Sure if you are drinking wheatgrasss juice to be trendy....telling people at the gym....or while jogging or playing tennis......that you are a wheatgrasss drinker...the SUPPLIMENTAL ways of doing it are OK fine!

But if you are looking to heal or cure a cronic problem.and REALLY detox your body...GO FRESH and stay there!

Sure I plug my Website on ocassion....But after about 170 posts on Ewheatgrass.com.....and 9 years ...7 days a week promoting commmercial...AND HOME growing.....Why not?

I just started today cause I grew three trays. My juicer broke. Can I use a blender in the meantime. I am feeling good with wheatgrass juice.

Is manual the best to juice wheatgrass? I have electric.

hi, how much is your wheatgrass juice and where to buy?
I know several people though who take wheatgrass caps for fertility, FSH, and it has helped them greatly.

I grow mine myself, then I juice it. I have a omega 8005 which is being fixed so I am using a blender then straining it.

Of course I do not want the general public to grow great wheatgrass at home.

That is why we sell grow kits.

And if the you mention #))^^YJP{_*(&%$$^ darn juicer is broken again....well is there a reason.....you have put that in at least 6 threds...What part is OMEGA fixing for you?? Was it mis- manufactured ...or did it ware out? We do not live in a perfect world.

Miss Shirley.....In the entire country....there are not even 100 people TRYING to supply FRESH wheatgrass to the puiblic.

17 million people in Florida.....I grow less than 200 pounds a week right now....and it is the 9th year that I am doing this.

I have a good client base....and WORD of mouth has been VERY kind to us.

My website is NO secret on this forum....BUT neither is the FACT that I try to help people like yourself who have idiotic thoughts and questions...(mentining that your jucier is BROKEN) in 5 threads....rediculous. Refrigerator ever break down...or your toaster...or lawnmower. I have made close to 200 posts...MOST of the are trying to be helpful....YES there are a few that are sarcastic and bitter.

Bitter comes in because my wife went 100% with the doctore..."modern medicine"...they milked the heck out of the system TREATING her for cancer for over 5 years......then when the $$$ ran out sent her home to die. She has lived in a Lazy Boy chair for the past 18 months.....And Shirley unlike yourself....I can not afford or trust strangers to take care of her.....being the jerk that I am....I do it...24/7. Tellme will anyone be there for you if you cannot get up out of a chair one day?

That is why I get BITTER.....If you wonder why there is a drugstore on almost every corner.....The "doctor's" have to pay the colledges back at least $350,000.oo to $450,000.oo BACK for the education. And comit right away to the "lifestyle " of a Person who is lisensed to "Practice Medicine"

TAKE NOTE...there are ALOT of GREAT doctore out there....but too many of themcare moree about see what drugs will do.....and NOT BETTER nutrition.
