First.....

The Omega people have a solid 10 year warrenty. Call 1-800 633 3401...and ask for Jeff Long. Someone answers the phone at Omega....you will not have to press alot of buttons.

Second if your pulp is coming out "wet". More than likely you are not putting a large enough clump of wheatgrass in when you start your juiceing. That will create the impaction to produce dry pulp. I presume you have the SCREEN filter in position...and not the BLANK used to make nut butters and pasta etc.

I have sold the Omega for the past 8 years....And many of thepeople use them at home ....and at Health Food stores and Juice Bars....Pounds and pounds of fresh wheatgrass EVERY week!

How old is your machine.?

Just call Jeff Long and see what he can do for you....tell him :Frank the wheatgrass guy" told you to call.

Hello shirley I have a greenstar2000 and it works very well with greens/grass.You might find the website rawfoodadvantage.com of interest. They look at juiceing in a very differnt perspective.

Easy is rareley the best way to go in life.Ive cleaned 6 differant juicers, none were very hard. The hardest part of juiceing is cleaning the produce, especialy greens like parsely.

JJ43...you are a saint

Right now there are more companies selling juicers that do wheatgrass than there are people growing wheatgrass..

Back to the thought that you drive a ford and I drive a chevy ....we both get there....HEY! There goes a guy in a Rolls Royce.

What I mean to say is that after advocating the Omega Juicer people for the past 8 years....and having a VERY small wheatgrass growing operation...compared to say my buddy Harley Matzel in New York City(he gros at least 4,000 pounds a week and sells it all) Omega has never let me or a customer feel GUILTY because there is a problem......BECAUSE the problems are far and few.

As long as the company YOU advocate is comparable....I think you also made a good choice.

OK I am ready. As long as Shirley (your friend not mine) does not post that her juicer broke....again.
