Blender

Is an unstrained wheatgrass from a blender like the powder that one buys in a bottle? I am gonna strain my wheatgrass but wonder if it is edible in the blender w/o straining wheatgrass?

IF you really owned an OMEGA.....

ALL of the Omega juicers come with SCREENS to strain their juice.

Shirley.....what is your point....RIGHT NOW i am sure you do not own an Omega juicer. They all come with a screen to STRAIN the wheatgrass juice.

You are a FREEZE dried powdered person. More than likely had lunch at a FAST FOOD PLACE......and chased it with a DIET SODA>>>>>ENOUGH.

Unless you have a job ringing bells in a church....give us a break.

If you REALLY owned an OMEGA...

You would have gotten a SCREEN STRAINER with the machine when you bought it.

SIMPLE!

You are telling poeple that YOUR juicer is broken....and not giving you dry pulp ejection... BUT where are you coming from ASKING if it is OK to Strain the JUICE when you SHOULD Have a STRAINER?

Like I have stated in earlier postings.....ALL of the wheatgrass juicers made these days do well....very competitive...

Shirley.....To state in 4 posts that your juicer is broken.....Never to mention that you have already delt with the manufactuor and the more than likely worn out part is being sent to you. Over and Over and Over.???

Then the question about BEAT UP wheatgrass juice from your blender and is it similar to Freezed dried powdered? The Strainer and should I.question tops it off.

Please go back to WALGREEN'S and see if they filled your perscription properly.
Then get back over to the fast food eatery and get another order of french fries and a DIET soda.

And considering the time I spent trying to help you in the first place....

I AM BEING VERY NICE! Get a life!

Putting enough wheatgrass......

Into any juicer...single or twin gaer is important....the impaction point HAS to be filled uped to get the dry pulp effect. Wrote that to you in another post.

Twin geared machines are excellant....but a pain in the butt to clean up.

UNLESS of course YOU like doing twice the work cleaning one!

To me it is like you drive a Ford and I drive a Chevy....Both of us are going to get there.

I made wheatgrass from a blender. It was not as strong as a juicer, but will do until I get my part back.

Hello shirley sorry to here about your single auger juicer.I had issues with the solostar2 single auger juicer. The juiceing screen kept breaking from internal preasure. It was also its first year of production, probably a connection there.I then upgraded to a greenstar2000 a hevyduty twin gear juicer.Power is a wonderfull thing when it comes to extracting juice through an abundance of crushing force. If you really want to get the best quality juice out of your grass go with a twin gear.About blending grass the cellulose fiber of grass cannot be digested by humans.I dont think it would hurt to run it through your digestive system, butI wouldnt recomend it either. And one question if you dont mind.Is there a goal in mind with the consumption of grass juice?May you be blessed with vibrant health and vitality!!!

This is better ........

Than watching David Letterman or Jay Leno.

If you had owned a Omega jucier and it did not perform to your expectaions....fine.

But you are comparing it to a SOLO Star? That would be a entirely different manufactuar...correct.

If I drive a Lambergini......I presume you would tell people that your KIA is better.

I was speaking to another poster based on comminality of juiceing and life experiances.Kinda like small talk, about broken appliances that are manufactured in korea.Quality of juice extracted which can benifit humanity is my only concern. My position is not tainted by profitability. And as far as enzymatic breakdown goes there are 4 major factors involved.Temp.,light,interaction with oxygen+linear time. You can blend food into frozen smoothies using the right tech.Or you can raise the temp. above 103f. and destroy the enzymes via cooking.Cooking with a blender is a very eniffesent way to use a blender. But I must go now,off to wallgreens to buy a chea pet.

Well JJ43.................

Now you have opened a Humanatarian concession......again right next to mine.

I have invested almost $100,000.oo into a small growing nursery....Fans refrigeration....replaced a greenhouse after Charley....lost 2 of the 3 I had before the storm.

And again I will mention(pay attention I know you just came back from Walgreen's)

If I altered my growing ingridients I would make TWICE the profit on EVERY bag of fresh cut Wheatgrass I SELL! Walgreens that you go to makes more the fist 5 minutes they are open ....than I do all week. You keep professing that I am in this to HOG MONEY!....Ridiculous.

You reap what you sow. How about YOU get into providing fresh wheatgrasss for the people who cannot or do not have the time to grow it themselves.....and Let's see how YOU are doing 9 years later.

Just got a phone message from a NEW client this morning....She has beeen drinking wheatgrass for 19 years.....She said that our wheatgrasss was the best she had ever drank....and she even ate the FOAM with a spoon!

FEEDBACK like that almost makes the time and effort growing a goood product consistantly worth it.

I love you JJ43............Because if I like your input or not....you do post and GIVE your opinion. Live and learn. I had issues with the twin gear juicers YEARS ago.
The issues have not changed.

I get promotion advertisement EVERY week from at least 3-9 different supplimental companies.....BUY a case for $29.95.....my profit would be about $200.oo....and get this ....Sometimes the offer is but 1 get one free!.

Hooking people up with FAST and EASY....and really does nothing....is why FAST FOOD and drugstores are doing a landslide business....And THEY not me are reaping the cream off the top.....Because most of the people in this country take the word of the televsion and their "doctors" who are lisensed to "PRACTICE" modern medicine.

Back to you JJ43

Exclamation Not sleeping/that explains a few things.

But it doesnt exuse your uncivil behavieor.Your bitterness comes through loud and clear.Venting your frustrations towards fellow posters is totaly uncalled for.Perhaps getting some help with your life issues will lift your spirits.Take a vacation, get a massage, and unwind.

You are 100% correct......

I get cranky when I write posts first thing in the morning.

It is trying to be in two places at the same time.

You are not part of the 90% of the people who look at this forum for affirmation...and never post a word ...about anything.

I am inpressed ....you have come to the same conlusion that I have....I need a vacation.....that is not 2 days at the fish camp in Inverness. More like two weeks of real R&R!

As you can see JJ43...when YOU are right I can admit it.

But I still must live like I am dying........because we all are....but some will not admit it.

The doctor who amputated my wifes breast...was in a simple car wreck...but his hand was crushed and he can NEVER use a knife again......Karma. And the Lord works in strange ways.

Recently I have removed 4 tumors from my head and chest.....with a simple salve that has been around for 25 years......Painful..YES....COST? ..about $9.oo each tumor.

In some of my posts JJ43...You must sometimes SHAKE someone to wake them from a deep sleep. Yes I stand one the line with my sarcasim. I try to learn something new everyday.....other think one ot two times a YEAR is plenty! Each to his own. Peace
