The blessings of seedtime and harvest should be enjoyed by all.Being a good stewared has rewards far beyond simple consumption.I consider growing to be a privaledge and a true love of life.I never consider a harvest as product,I consider harvest as a blessing to be shared with my fellow man and beast alike.Ultimatly to be recycled as compost, then the cycle of life is complete.I do apologize if my personal opionions have offended anyone on this forum. With my passion for growing comes a desire to produce the best most nutrient dense harvest possible.Continual research along with trial and error is the only way to reach the goal of high quality produce.Passion in action is ones purpose being fullfilled.Life is a wonderfull journey,if you choose to make it so!May spring come quickly, and happy growing!!!

A Positive Note:
While providing 100's of people with fresh wheatgrass...that would never get there because of growing conditions....or available time considering the work they do.We here doing production ALSO compost our mats....I have 6 stageing areas next to each other....The John Deer 40 hp fuel injected deisal....tosses and tosses the mix with no accelerate (lime etc.) or anything....Mother Nature does her job well. And then to sweeten up the mix for the next planting we add new grow mix(2.8 cu ft bags). Add some food grade kelp meal...and away we go again. There are dozens of products that people use everyday that they could plant...cook ..sew....but do not have the gift or time or location to do so. Our 9 th year...and GROWING! Gone Fishing...... ![]() |
