How Long does cut wheatgrass stay fresh?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum and to the world of wheatgrass I have been juicing for about a month now the results are incredible. My question is if I purchase a flat of wheatgrass and cut it and bag it how long will it stay fresh? The amount of knowledge and information that is provided here on the forum is incredible.

Kept between 34 to 40 degrees ....about 7-10 days.(some say longer)
