Hello Lynne as far as eating grass goes humans cant digest the fiberous materials of grass.If you want to learn about sprouts you might want to visit sproutpeople.com.The site is very informative but there seed prices are way to high.Consuming enzyme laden foodstuffs will help with your energy.The healthy juicer is a somewhat enexspensive juicer if you want one that does greens.Good luck and happy juicing.
