website of a professor who lives from wheatgrass - does anyone know???

Hi everyone!

It is my first time in this forum and my interest in wheatgras is new. Some years ago I found a website of a professor who comes from the former USSR and lives in California. He was living solely from wheatjuice. He writes a very long account of his experiences - very interesting. Does anyone know this man or his website??? I would love to find this site again.

How much fresh wheatgrass do u have to grow to get one cup out of it???

has anyone experiences with wild emmer (it is an old form of wheat)???
