Wheatgrass and SOD question

Hi wheatgrasss lovers,

I've read that wheatgrass contains super oxide dismutase. I gather that it's a potent antioxidant.

I've also heard that the people with the highest concentrations of SOD in their bodies are the healthiest and live the longest. What is your opinion on this?

And if wheatgrass does indeed contain SOD, how much should I drink on a daily basis to get maximum benefits? Is there such a thing as too much SOD?
