Can You Use Wheat grass to cure this?

I've heard that you can cure certain cancers with wheat grass. I have been diagnosed with an optic stroke. I've been juicing wheat grass to drink I think it will make my health better but what i'm asking is if one day when i juice it can i use it as eye drops to cure me. Please comment/answer
